Return & Exchange Policy
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review and confirm their order upon checking out.
- All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below.
- Refund or exchange are only accepted where the Receiver receives their goods in a broken condition and provide their pictures of the rejected goods to OneNess Concept™ within three (3) days upon receiving your goods.
- To be eligible for a return, all item(s) must be in the same condition upon receiving it; unopened and unused, with original seal, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to produce the receipt or proof of purchase together with the photo of the rejected goods when requesting for a return.

Upon the approval of your return request, we will send the instructions on how and where to send your package. Proceeding to send us your item return without our prior acknowledgement will not be entertained.
