Shipping & Return Policy

OneNess Concept™ (“we”, “us” and “our”) is the operator of ( (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website from time-to-time, there may be stock discrepancy under unforeseen circumstances and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you whether you would prefer to wait for the restocking of the backordered item, proceed for a refund or request for an exchange with other available products.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase upon check out. Thus, this will be the final price of the total payment for the customer to borne after including the shipping cost.

  1. Return & Exchange

3.1  All sales are final

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below.

  1. Rejected goods that are broken during the delivery process are eligible for a return & exchange. You’ll need to produce the receipt or proof of purchase together with a photo of the said rejected goods when requesting for a return.

3.3 Non-refundable & Non-returnable items

All goods, complimentary courses, vouchers, rebates , point values, or item(s) purchased from other resellers are strictly not allowed to be refund nor exchange for cash value.

3.4 Non-eligibility claims

OneNess Concept™ is not responsible towards the product quality or services offered by our third-party reseller/distributor. Hence, we do not guarantee the customers’ satisfaction as our resellers/distributors do not represent the company in operating as an entity.

  1. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, the transition time for domestic shipments will take around 2 – 7  working days.

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the country and courier selected.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days upon payment of order.

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For any change of delivery address requests, kindly contact the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

OneNess Concept™ will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

4.7 Items Out Of Stock

Should an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

Should the delivery time has exceeded the estimated time, please contact us at  for us to conduct an investigation and help expedite on the issue.

  1. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

  1. Parcels Damaged In Transit

Should you find a parcel is damaged while in-transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

  1. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. As this varies by country, OneNess Concept™ would like to encourage you to be aware of these potential costs that might incur before placing your order with us.

Should you refuse to pay the duties and taxes upon the good’s arrival at your destinatied country, the goods will be returned to OneNess Concept™  at the customer’s own expenses, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the paid goods after deducting the cost for the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

  1. No cancellations

It is the customer’s responsibility to review and confirm their order upon checking out. Should you change your mind before receiving your order, we are not able to process any cancellations once payment has been made.

  1. Insurance

All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier company.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier company has completed their investigation on the claim.
